34 Catahoula Parish 4-H’ers along with 4 Junior Counselors and 3 adult volunteers attended 4-H Camp at Camp Grant Walker Educational Center in Pollock, LA  from May 27th – May 31st.  While there, these 4th-6th graders chose 1 track from General Arts, Food & Fitness, Hunter Safety, Outdoor Adventures, Science, Engineering & Technology (SET), Water Safety, and Wetlands to participate in every day. They also participated in a variety of recreational activities including archery, arts & crafts, camp carnival games, canoeing/kayaking, tubing, line dancing, sports, swimming and Wii Fit & Fun. Campers also enjoyed cheering on Maggie Thomas (Catahoula 4-H), Hailey Morris (Catahoula 4-H) and other 4-H’ers during the talent show and had a great time creating new 4-H friendships.
