Harrisonburg Bulldogs have come together as a team and won the last 9 of 10 ball games while holding the number one ranking in class C baseball.

Harrisonburg Bulldogs snatched the lead late in the game in a 13-10 victory over Bolton March 12. The game was tied at ten with Bulldogs batting in the top of the eighth when Dylan Alexander doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs. Harrisonburg Bulldogs earned the victory despite allowing Bolton to score six runs in the fifth inning. Harrisonburg opened up scoring in the first inning, when Braxton Tiffee singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. Harrisonburg Bulldogs notched nine runs in the fourth inning. Harrisonburg batters contributing to the big inning included Noah Odom, Jacob Bradford, Hayden Alexander, Avery Smith, Odom, and Dylan Alexander, who all drove in runs. Dylan Alexander and Wes White both put in work on the mound. Avery Smith earned the win for Harrisonburg Bulldogs pitching a scoreless eighth inning.  Bulldogs racked up ten hits. Devin McGraw, D Alexander, and Odom all managed multiple hits with McGraw leading with three hits in four at bats.

Harrisonburg Bulldogs nabbed the lead late in the game in a 15-14 victory over Madison Prep Academy on March 16. The game was tied at 12 with Harrisonburg Bulldogs batting in the top of the seventh when Dylan Alexander doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.  Bulldogs notched five runs in the fourth inning. Batters contributing to the big inning included Devin McGraw and Noah Odom, who all drove in runs. Hayden Alexander started on the mound for Harrisonburg. He allowed four hits and six runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out two. His older brother, Dylan Alexander, was credited with the win with Blake McEntyre earning his second save. Wes White also put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory. Harrisonburg Bulldogs Varsity racked up ten hits. Alexander, Odom, Braxton Tiffee, and McGraw each had multiple hits for Harrisonburg Bulldogs Varsity. D Alexander went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Harrisonburg Bulldogs in hits. Avery Smith led Harrisonburg Bulldogs Varsity with two stolen bases, as the team ran wild on the base paths with 11 stolen bases.

Harrisonburg Bulldogs answered Monterey with a late lead and defeated the Wolves 12-2 on March 18. The game was tied at two with Bulldogs batting in the top of the fourth when Devin McGraw grounded out, scoring one run. Harrisonburg secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the fifth inning.  Bulldog batters contributing to the big inning included Avery Smith, McGraw, Braxton Tiffee, Dylan Alexander, and Noah Odom, all driving in runs in the inning.  Smith led the Bulldogs to victory on the mound. He lasted five innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out nine. Braden Hammons, Tiffee, Smith, and Alexander each collected one hit to lead Harrisonburg Bulldogs Varsity.

The Bulldogs will start District play the week of April 2.
