Mrs Reggie’s 4th graders made inspirational posters to show support for classmates during State testing that began last week and will continue until the end of this week. Students are required to take the LEAP (Louisiana Educational Assessment Program) in the fourth and eighth grades in the subjects of ELA, mathematics, science, and social studies. LEAP is a criterion-reference testing program administered by the state of Louisiana. It is graded on a scale ranging from advanced to unsatisfactory. The test helps determines if a fourth grade student advances to the fifth grade or not and if an eighth grader advances to the ninth grade or not.
