The fourth annual Four Rivers Balloon Festival will begin this Friday evening. Gates will open on at 4 pm and will continue until 10 pm with vendors, food, live music, a balloon glow and tethered balloon rides.
A fireworks display at dark each night so bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the show.
Saturday morning the gates open at 9 am with vendors all day. There will be a variety of children's activities, including free jumpers,  and live music all day from five area bands.
Pilots will hopefully take to the skies for competition flights each morning at approximately 7-8am and evenings about 5 pm. Tethered Balloon rides will available again on Saturday (weather permitting) and a cheer performance from local youth and LSU cheerleader, P.J. Edwards.
The beautiful balloon glow will begin at dusk, and then high energy dance music to close out the night until 10pm.
The weather is reported to be perfect for the both days so bring the whole family out for a great weekend of fun.
Ticket prices are Friday $5 with children under 7 free.
Saturday $8 admission with children under 7 free.
Posters and T Shirts will be available at the festival.   Also they are now available at Edwards Motel, Catahoula Office Products and other businesses around Jonesville.
