Catahoula Parish deputy pays it forward to Livingston Parish deputy

    On June 27, 2023, Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Department along with Sandy Lake Fire Department responded to a fire at the camp of Livingston Parish Deputy, Joel Arnold, in the Nelsonville area.This fire was a total loss and had years of memories from Joel’s childhood in the camp, which was originally his grandparent’s home.
