Sandy Lake Fire Departments emergency medical technicians recently responded to a call of an infant drowning. Fire Chief David Squyres was the first to arrive, where a family member had been administering CPR, the infant began spitting up water and started to try and breath when Squyres lay it on its side and began encouraging the child to cry and expel the rest of the water from the lungs....
