Peyton Todd, a 2023 high school honor graduate of Jena High School has been awarded $500 from the Johnson Legacy Scholarship. Peyton will be attending LSU majoring in Biology (Pre-Med). (Picture attached).
The Johnson Legacy Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors based on merit, academic potential, community service, letters of recommendation, and financial need. Scholarship funds are not considered a loan, but a gift to help with the burdensome costs associated with food, tuition, books, room, and board at college.
