Shirley J. Wyles Watson departed this earth on November 17, 2023 to be reunited with her husband and father of her children, James Earl Wyles as well as her two sons, James Mikeal Wyles and Jeffrey Lee Wyles. She was also reunited with many family members and friends including her second husband, Ray Watson.
Shirley is survived by her grandchildren and the joys of her life, Austin Adams and Arwyn “Winnie” Adams of Dardanelle, Arkansas; Josh and Sara Wyles of Benton, Kentucky; Erin Wyles of Louisville, Kentucky; daughter and son-inlaw, Kathy and Bobby Adams of Dardanelle, Arkansas; daughterin- law, Terrie Wyles of Paducah, Kentucky; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Dee Wyles of Vidalia, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Clara Fults of Orange, Texas; sister- in-law, Linda Ryan of Orange, Texas and brother-in-law, Jay Wyles of Atascosa, Texas and family-in-laws, Brenda Adams of Perryville, Arkansas and Bryan Adams of Tulsa, Oklahoma; close friends, Amy Gueldner and her children, David and Kourtney Gueldner, her grandchildren, Emily and Logan Mitchell; Melinda and Lance Adams and their children, Abigail, Brooke, Raylynn, Shelby and Adalyn and numerous nieces, nephews, caregivers, family friends and her fur baby Peanut are left to cherish her memory.
Heartfelt appreciation is expressed to Dr. Philip Tippin, the wonderful staff of Chambers Memorial Hospital and Arkansas Hospice for the care and comfort in her last days.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00P.M., Friday, November 24, 2023 at the First Baptist Church, 118 South Second Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
Visitation will follow after the service at the church.
Interment will be family led at New Pine Hill Cemetery, 3749 LA-913, Sicily Island, Louisiana 71368 on November 25, 2023 at 3:00 P.M.
