Coming up in October, the Concordia Parish Library will host a concert attributed to the songs of Simon and Garfunkel. The songs will be sung by a duo of performers, Swearingen and Kelli. The concert will be on Thursday, October 10th at the Concordia Bank – Vidalia Lobby in Vidalia, LA. It will start at 7:00 PM.Who is Swearingen and Kelli?
