At the Harrisonburg Town Hall meeting last week, Mayor Mike Tubre and Aldermen Judy Cotton and Greg Terry confirmed the town will open the Steamboat Park Splash Pad on April 26, for the 2025 season and in conjunction with the Harrisonburg Heritage Festival.
