George was born on Friday, August 15, 1930 in Black Hawk, LA and passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 in Jonesville, LA surrounded by family. He was a dedicated oilfield drilling consultant who exemplified a strong work ethic, retiring only at the age of 82 after a long and successful career. George’s commitment to his work was unwavering, and he was known for never quitting. A true family man, George cherished every moment spent with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

His hands-on approach to fatherhood and grand-fatherhood created a lasting bond with his family, who always came first in his heart. George’s life was a testament to balancing professional dedication with the deep love and care he had for his family.
