Janelle Case was born on Tuesday, September 8, 1942 in Foules, LA. and passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025 in Clayton, LA. She was a resident of Clayton and a member of Foules Church of God where she was very active. Janelle was the Program Assistant for the USDA Farm Service Agency with over 42 years of service. Janelle was a godly woman whose life reflected faith, love, and kindness. She loved Sunday school and singing gospel hymns and her voice filled with joy and reverence. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Janelle poured her heart into caring for her family. She especially loved feeding those she loved, with Sunday dinner being a cherished tradition—her way of gathering everyone close with the best chocolate pie. Janelle would feed the kids midnight snacks from grilled cheese, milkshakes, or whatever they wanted. She found joy in the kitchen, always serving with love. Her flower beds bloomed with beauty, just like the warmth she brought to every life she touched. She curled the girls hair when they were little, creating memories that still make us smile. Her favorite color was purple, a perfect match for her gentle spirit. Janelle’s presence lit up every room, and her nurturing soul left a mark on everyone who knew her. She lived a life of faith, service, and unconditional love. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy will live on in our hearts. She will be deeply missed.
