Joe Franklin, Jr. was born on Tuesday, March 10, 1959 in Pineville, LA. and passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023 in Sicily Island, LA.
He was preceded in death by: Father-Joe Edward Franklin, Sr.; Mother- Mary Mullins Franklin; two Sisters- Geneva Alexander and Shirley Fontenot; Nephew- Robert Lamar Seals; Neice- Michelle Mayo.
He is survived by: Brother- Edward Franklin of Jonesville, LA; Brother- Earl Franklin of Jonesville, LA Brother- Jerry Chester Franklin and his wife Ann of Vidalia, LA; Sister-Violet Bordelon of Jonesville, LA; Sister- Frances Franklin of Jonesville, LA; Sister- Chassie Franklin of Jonesville, LA; Sister- Kathy Ann Franklin of Jonesville, LA; and a Special Friend-Parvin Brown and his dog, Otie.
He is also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Nephew, and Great-Great Nieces and Nephews.
