Born on December 30, 1970, Michell Miller (Melissa Mitzimberg) made it her mission to leave this life better than she found it. She was a caregiver to the world who always put others’ needs before her own. Known to all as Mimi, Michell never turned an animal or human in need away from her door, only welcomed them in with a smile and a promise that now, they were home.

Michell’s large heart showed itself in every aspect of her life. Whether cheering on LSU as their biggest fan, touching her patient’s lives as an exceptional nurse, or caring for her family as a steadfast rock, Michell’s passion for life made it so all who met her instantly loved her.

On January 10, 2025, Michell made the journey to heaven surrounded by family, where she will continue looking after them and cheering on the Tigers with love.
