Jonesville Elementary School parents and children enjoyed a night of math fun last Thursday. Teachers presented games and activities to help students with their math learning.Principal Necie Barker wishes to thank teachers and the community for such an amazing turnout.

We discussed ringworm in cats a few months ago but now we need to cover it in dogs. Everyone associates it with cats but we see so much more in dogs than cats at our clinic.Ringworm can be passed from animal to human and from human to animal.

On Saturday, August 31, vendors from the parish participated in Jonesville’s “Main Street Market”, located at the 200 block of Mound Street. All of the vendors sold a variety of goods ranging from candles, sunglasses, accessories, and gardening decor.

Councilwoman Angela Carter hosted Senior Bingo for District 4 on Saturday July 13, 2024. It was a really good turnout and everyone had a great time. Mayor Loria Hollins came out and joined in on the fun also. There were lots of gifts and plenty of food, everyone enjoyed themselves.
