D.A.R.E. Officer Payton Reeves has been talking to Jonesville Elementary students about the dangers of drugs. For each day of Red Ribbon Week, student’s names were randomly drawn to receive prizes or treats.

A high-speed chase that began in Jonesville last Friday ended when suspect wrecked his vehicle in Frogmore. A complaint was filed with Jonesville Police Department (JPD) pertaining to Vondell Hawkins, 36 of Ferriday.
