FIVE GENERATIONS of Cloessners pictured above. Mr. Eldridge was born in Oakdale, Louisiana on January 4, 1930, to Martin and Zella Collins Cloessner. He had twin older brothers who died shortly after birth and three younger brothers; one who drowned in childhood and Elbert and Carl.

After last week’s threat at Block High School, Superintendent Adams released the following statement: Catahoula Parents,On Wednesday, September 17th we had a situation in which a school crisis plan was put into effect after the discovery of a non-specific potential written threat.
