Mr. LaDelle Sandifer was born July 9, 1928, in Trinity, to Alvin and May McGlothin Sandifer at the home of his grandparents. He will be 97 on his birthday this year.Mr. LaDelle grew up in Enterprise. His father was a seventh grade teacher in Enterprise earning $200 per month.

On May 24th, 2025 the Village of Harrisonburg held their first annual 'Bike & Roll'. It was a weekend set aside for families to safely ride either their bikes or skate on marked off roads by the Splash Pad. The Splash Pad was open with the event and all the kids had a blast!
