Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel Concert

Coming up in October, the Concordia Parish Library will host a concert attributed to the songs of Simon and Garfunkel. The songs will be sung by a duo of performers, Swearingen and Kelli. The concert will be on Thursday, October 10th at the Concordia Bank – Vidalia Lobby in Vidalia, LA.

Saturday, September 21st Spirit Reins celebrated 15 years of serving our community and the surrounding area, hosting the 8th annual 5K Run/Walk and Pancake Breakfast and the 4th Annual Incrediball Softball Tournament. A record number of people attended the event.

The clients at Catahoula Council on Aging (COA) are ecstatic over the recent repairs and remodeling. After being very conservative with funds for the last several years, the COA had a surplus at the end of this fiscal year.
